Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Global Marketing Manager will strengthen the strategic, marketing and process capability of the marketing department by;
1) managing the global launch of a new brand
2) providing strong and focussed strategic analytic capability across a wide array of marketing and business issues
3) providing continual evaluation of, and improvement to the various marketing processes
4) taking the lead on developing internet capabilities to facilitate better communication and customer acquisition on a global basis
5) developing marketing best practices and transferring this knowledge to the department
This role has 2 direct reports; Senior Coordinator, Global Communications and Packaging Coordinator, Insights and Processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience with a top tier consumer packaged goods company
- University degree, MBA preferred
- Knowledge of state of the art marketing techniques
- Strong conceptual and analytic capability with general business acumen
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Knows how to use process as an enabler of better decision-making and execution
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
